Shipping policy

Please allow 2 working days after placing your order for it to be shipped . For bespoke products, please allow 3-4 days. 

Elodhi Aromatherapy currently ships within the United Kingdom only. 

For local deliveries within the HU19, Xxxx areas, your order will be delivered by hand or can be collected personally at a mutually convenient time if you prefer. For all other deliveries within the U.K, all items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked-24 delivery.

Delivery Costs

• Items collected personally - no charge
• Items delivered locally - a £5 charge applies
• Deliveries to the rest of the U.K - a flat rate of £6.50 applies.

Orders which have a heavier weight are subject to additional shipping charges as per Royal Mail.

During busier times, i.e. Christmas, Easter etc. please allow a little longer for delivery.

Tracking numbers for all packages are retained and can be used should an item/items take longer than expected or fail to arrive. Should this happen, please get in touch.
