Shipping Policy

Please allow 2 working days after placing your order for it to be shipped. For bespoke products, please allow 3-4 working days.

Elodhi Aromatherapy is currently shipping within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked-24 delivery. However, if you live locally, you are welcome to collect your order at a mutually convenient time, please contact me to arrange this.

Delivery Costs

Items collected locally - no charge

All other items - a flat rate of £6.50 applies

Orders which have a heavier weight are subject to additional shipping charges as per Royal Mail.

During busier times, i.e. Christmas, Public Holiday's etc. please allow a little longer for delivery. 

Tracking numbers for all packages are retained and can be used should an item/items take longer than expected or fail to arrive. Should this happen, please get in touch.
